The atmosphere was noisy, the therapist indeed ended up giving muscle pain. On call the lady mentioned that it includes head massage - and on the day it wasn't covered. They take you late inside and finish and 55 mins massage in 25-30 mins.

First time having a deep tissue massage and first massage in almost two years. My therapist applied more pressure than I was expecting, but nothing too uncomfortable and was much needed. She checked in to make sure she was helping and not causing pain, whilst also offering a few tips to alleviate pain in the future.
