The only complaint I have is that I had to wait for someone to open the door, as I had to wait for 20 minutes. They need someone in reception and also to pick up phone when clients call them.
Otherwise, the massage was great, have not had one like that before (deep tissue).
The Ladies were friendly, Alina was great , I will be going back.

I was slightly anxious about this massage after some bad experiences with other venues. But Imma at Manchester Massage was excellent. As well as delivering a great massage, she gave loads of good advice about posture and suggested other relevant treatments. Would highly recommend.

Overall, a pretty pleasant first visit. I was a bit confused about the therapist assigned as I booked with Lola on recommendation of a friend, but this was changed twice (first to Noelia, then Anisa). Perhaps therapists are subject to change based on treatments? In any case, I found Anisa to be a lovely masseuse and she gave a couple of recommendations for what options I might consider for my next massage.
