Masseuse felt like she was on her phone with one hand and massaging me with the other. At one point her phone rang and it was clearly on the massage table between my legs. My shoulder did feel better the next day to be fair though.

Anisa was really lovely. Listened to what I had to say and gave me the 2 hour hand massage as requested. She also gave me a sheet with some useful stretches for general well-being. I will definitely book with her again when I am next visiting Manchester. All staff were lovely- venue nice and clean and a public car park right next door (are your sat nav to the venue and you can’t miss it). Thanks everyone x

Very polite lady who was very attentive to my sensitivity in parts in my neck which were very sore
