Always knew Slywia from reception days but no idea how great she was as a masseuse . She listened to what I needed and was really excellent working the whole body - particularly appreciated her streching shoulders after massage - similarly kegs : hips - excellent work .
Also appreciated friendly but minimal chat as can slow me to switch off in a sense 👍

Had a ‘luxury’ facial which consisted of drugstore products and included nothing luxurious. My skin was in the worst state ever, the day after with what looked like eczema mainly on my upper lip and around my chip and jaw area. Wrote a formal complaint to management explaining the situation and was just told ‘on the day of the treatment I seemed to have enjoyed it so there’s nothing we can do about it’ when I’ve clearly been affected by the treatment after I had it done. Just disappointed.
