Imma gave me an exercise program to follow to help me relax, she said my muscles were very tense.
I am looking forward to my next visit.

Brilliant massage as usual, Alina was very informative about different stretches I can do paired with exercise to keep my body healthy & pain free. I’ll definitely be requesting her again.
Can’t say enough good things about her or any of the masseuses at the salon. They’re all great!
