My review is for Anisa as she is the one that did my massage. It had Daisy for the review yet wouldn't let me change to Anisa. Anisa was knowledgeable and provided due to care and attention to my treatment needs. She also provided stretch exercises for after my therapy session so the after was first class. I would highly recommend Anisa for your appointment and I am going to be booking in again for a session with her.

Just ok

Head Massage

A very clean venue, however it wasn'tvery relaxing. I booked an Indian head massage with Daisy. She was very direct which was fine, but went all in with her elbows on my back which was quite painful and I had to ask her to reduce pressure. She did not check with me first. The rest of the massage was fine,just not good enough that I'd come back or recommend it to anyone else. I also noted the venue replying to similar feedback in Treatwell with "if you don't tell us we can't fix it" attitude which comes across very unapproachable, and also I'd point out the function of the feedback forms are to do just that. The venue would do well to take it on board.•almost 4 years ago
