Unfortunately, this was very different to my previous experience here. The treatment started late, there was confusion over my booking, and the massage felt rushed. I wasn’t asked about my skin type or any conditions before products were applied, and the bright light and loud searching for products made it difficult to relax. Sadly, my skin reacted badly and was still red with marks the following day. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this treatment.
