The head and shoulder treatment was good as Anisa was very attentive yet I just feel that more work could have been done on my shoulders where alot of my knots and pains were. It could be my error for not saying during the treatment yet did not want to come across as rude whilst it was ongoing. Definitely will book again yet just wanted to give the feedback if that's okay.

The massage was great, with the right pressure, massage therapist had warm hands and the head massage was very relaxing.
Only minus was:
1. that I was cold, the mini heater was not enough to warm the room
2. Aromatherapy involves smelling relaxing massage oil, the oil had no smell at all...

A wonderful first facial experience, Lola was so welcoming and had great knowledge about skin and made me feel so much better about mine! The facial was relaxing and my skin feels great! Will definitely be coming back!
