On the day due to unforeseen circumstances we were running late. I called up to explain the situation and ask if we could move the massage to slightly later just to be told in no uncertain terms that this was not possible despite the previous day being told the whole day was free. We then rushed to get to the appointment, we were given a rushed 18 minute massage so that they could then close for lunch. No effort was made to try and accommodate us despite me apologising and trying to rebook.
