Felt more like a deep tissue than a Swedish as sometimes it was painful. But the masseuse adjusted pressure when needed.

Second massage with Anisa, excellent progress on my knots and tightness particularly around neck and upper back area. I also follow her advice about stretching and noticed less pain when working and sleeping. She’s amazing.
