Massage therapist was lovely but had hurt herself falling downstairs that morning. Couldn’t apply pressure and I ended up sat cross legged on the table for most of the massage.
I’ve tried to contact the venue and had an unbelievably tactless woman on reception called Nancy effectively accuse me of lying. Her customer service is appalling and while Elena was lovely, Nancy has guaranteed I will never go back.
