I had high expectations of this place. Regretted my booking as soon as I step foot in the place. I booked a hot stone massage, expecting Maria to ask where my problem areas were and to remove knots. She kept covering me in oil, and she literally was gliding the hot stones over my body with NO coordination, technique or pressure. Felt like an unprofessional, cowboy massage. Her fingertips were so rough, it was the most unpleasant massage I’ve had. She was rude when I tried to communicate this!!

Anisa is fantastic, I gone to her quite a few times now and each times she tailors the deep tissue which really helps any injury or pain. I recommend her to anyone who wants a great massage

Both Anisa and Elena were keen to ensure that we enjoyed our couples massage. My treatment was adjusted to my needs, which was perfect and we were both very happy with the service.
Because of the salon’s tight booking schedule we felt rather rushed to leave the treatment room but the staff were as polite about it as they could be.
My main suggestion for improvement is that if staff receive poor reviews, it should be discussed in private, in a supportive rather than critical manner.
