The facilities are ok. This was an incredibly painful massage, but she did ease up on then pressure when I asked.

The receptionist was unwelcoming, extremely loud, rude to the therapists, disorganised, and shouted down the stairs - hardly a relaxing start. My room was next to the reception so I had to listen to her throughout my entire massage. Therapist had to turn the music up to drown her out. Therapist was unwell and coughed on her hands then continued to touch me. Massage started at 1.15 and finished at 1.50. Floor was filthy (I took photos). Didn’t even bother complaining after just wanted to escape!
