My partner and I booked this hoping for a relaxing experience together, but unfortunately, it was not. The therapist assigned to my partner was loud, chatty, and giggled throughout, disrupting the peaceful ambience. Despite requests, they applied intense pressure, causing discomfort and pain. They also disregarded our preferences outlined on the intake form, touching off-limits areas. With my partner in discomfort and the therapist's chatter, it was hard to relax and enjoy the treatment fully.
