Had a really good sports massage with Alex, my muscles were really tight so it was quite painful for me at times, but Alex was very attentive with making sure I was okay and adjusting the pressure as needed

The woman who gave me the massage was lovely however the receptionist was rude and her attitude was disgusting. After my booking was changed without my consent to a timing that was inconvenient for me, the receptionist didn’t do anything to apologise
