Management were kind and seemed very organised which I appreciated. I had not had a facial before and my face was very tense making the massage painful and my face sore afterwards. I also made a point to select a facial for acne/sensitive skin however the facial proved too much and I broke out. The room was dusty in areas which I did not like. I will definitely go somewhere else for a facial for sensitive skin and the staff admitted their products where not suitable for acne skin long term.
