I initially had a disappointing deep tissue massage with Nicole, but management’s response was excellent. They offered a complimentary session with Kelly, who was fantastic.
She listened closely to me and my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure. She truly took the time to understand my concerns and successfully helped relieve my pain. I highly recommend her!

I've been going here for years and the service is always great - rom the front desk to the massage table.
I am picky about who I let into my personal space and my energy, and I only used to allow Lola from here to do my massages, but she no longer works here. I was with Saba this last visit, and I will now only allow Saba to take care of me.
Saba is a wonderful spirit and has lots of skill and talent. If Saba isn't available, I won't book until she is - it's that simple.

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming, especially the lady at the desk who was very understanding as we were late. Made us feel very welcome and customer service is always amazing. Regular visitor at Manchester massage and they never disappoints. Definitely recommend. Massage was also very relaxing

Had a Swedish massage with Anisa and honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed from start to finish, and the pressure was perfect. I left feeling so much lighter and less tense.
