This is my first time visit and I was treated poorly. I got there 40 minutes before my appointment and I was told by the lady at the front desk to leave and go find somewhere to hang around till my appointment time. Reason being that they do not allow waiting at the lounge. Really???
What a first impression!!
Came back at my appointment time, and I was left waiting while others that came after me, got attended to while I sat there.
My first time there and definitely my last time.
