The masseuse was really lovely, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I’ve been very hesitant to leave this review. I normally like a firm massage which is why I go for Swedish, but the pressure was something else here. The massage was painful in a lot of parts, but I assumed it was because I had a lot of tension, and that I’d feel better afterwards. My back hurt for 2-3 days after, and my neck hurt for 5-6 days. Felt worse afterwards than I did going in, as I had no injuries before.

Incredibly painful massage and was left with sharp stabbing pains in my lower back following the treatment. Next day woke up to more back pain. I’ve been a regular at this place and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, called to arrange a back massage to sort out the pain only to be gaslit. First Nancy said the therapist was qualified, then Nancy realised she was new and accepted I had been injured only to offer an £8 discount if I wanted to fix the pain with another massage.
