Alina really helped my shoulder pain with a very thorough sports massage. She diagnosed scar tissue and gave me great tips for after care and how to approach further exercise. The therapists here remain consistent and extremely knowledgable. I will continue returning to Manchester massage whether it’s for relaxation or rehabilitation because of its cleanliness and the experience of the massage therapists

Alina was absolutely knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. She walked me through the whole process at the beginning which made me feel at ease and she kept checking that I was comfortable or needed any adjustments. I will definitely be booking again with her.
