firstly the new lady on reception was very warm and professional so that was lovely. However i have used the massage centre for over 4 years and never in this time or before have i had such an exceptional massage off Maria - my best massage in 40 years !
firstly she discussed something i enquired about before the massage and was knowledgable and supportive .
next she spoke about what she would do in the massage . The massage was exceptional the best massage i have had in forty years .
