5his was my first ever facial and it was really good! Kelly was brilliant - very knowledgeable and her massaging down the neck and shoulder area felt wonderful. The microneedling wasn't painful but you could definitely feel it. I could see results the day after.

Attended booking, service not provided. Staff fobbed me off to Treatwell, who will not refund without authorisation of service provider. Please arrange refund within a sensible timescale (e.g. 3 days)
