The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, Therapist 1 was kind and patient. She explained things well, very professional and caring. The heated oil felt wonderful and she was very careful with the pressure. Firm enough to feel my muscles getting worked, but not enough to cause pain. There was some pain, but my back was severely hurting me when I came in. In fact, it was so bad I could barely get myself to the appointment. I left almost entirely pain free! Will definitely be back again.
