I had a weird experience! The deep tissue massage was good but I didn’t feel the therapist was knowledgeable enough and she seem bored. Then the new therapist was confused and that resulted in me getting dressed up to undress again. He was also shy and I didn’t enjoy the massage. The space doesn’t feel very professional and clean. Anyway it was okay but I didn’t relax at all with all that. They offer me 15 more minutes which was nice but again this new therapist was bad.

Partway through the appointment it transpired that the blade was defective and it cut me in 3 places: left cheek, upper lip and chin. Cuts were bleeding. The right side of my face and jaw line wasn't cut properly or at all in places. I am less than impressed to say the least. My appointment didn't start until 10 past and finished quater to. So I don't consider I received the service I paid for and instead i now have half shaved and cut face. I do not recommend
