Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was rude in the reception was really rude. I booked a one hour session which lasted from 19:10 till 19:48. I actually arrived early but due to the staff being unorganised i was delayed. The massage was terrible. The therapist worked on one side on my shoulder and did not do the other and although i told her twice to increase the pressure she seems not to understand english.
I tried other venues before coming here and they are surely much more professional and nicer.
