We booked in for two different massages followed by a foot massage and a head massage (one for each of us) as the price was great for off peak times and suited the times we could make.
I booked separately under two different names but we were put into the same room. Not a problem as it was me and my boyfriend but if I had taken my dad or something it might have been interesting...
We both ended up having the same massage and no foot massage or head massage, only being in there for the hour of the massage and not the extra half hour that we paid for, which was disappointing but we were rushed out and didn't feel like we could say anything as staff weren't very approachable and didn't seem to know what we had ordered despite me telling them when we arrived.

A really good proper massage. It was strong enough to really make a difference and loosen my muscles. My partner’s massage was softer and she also enjoyed it too.

Overall experience was great the staff were all super friendly & the place was lovely, clean & warm. The only thing I would say needed some attention was the selection of massages.
Me & the friend that attended had both booked different massages but when arrived were just given thai massages (neither of us chose these) however thankfully we love thai massages & thoroughly enjoyed them, but may have been a different story if someone wanted a relaxing massage! Would definitely be back again soon!
