I couldn’t believe i was made to wait 30 minutes as the client before me decided to have extra time, whilst in treatment. I cannot believe that I was made to wait just because at the time the client decides oooh think I’ll stay. Knowing that I was waiting and I had paid money at the meter. So in essence I had to pay extra money. Really unprofessional new receptionist called Debbie. She raised her voice at me saying what do you want me to do?
I stipulated how wrong it was to allow my time to be given away for someone who has decided on a whim that they require another treatment. I found her quite hard faced and insincere.
I was in a lot of pain hence I decided to wait for my treatment. Really disappointed. Tracey was far more caring as front of house.
Danielle my masseuse was tough but fabulous. I had a trapped nerve which she fixed in a jiffy. A true asset to the company. Thank you so much Danielle.

Very good massages, wonderful staff would have been nicer if the manager hadn't banged on the door when we were finishing up our massage.

A good massage overall but felt rushed and not particularly relaxing it was painful in some points but soothing in others, the staff were lovely and welcoming I’m not sure I would visit again however.
