Overall: very disappointing experience.
The member of staff who welcomed us was very professional. We had a good first impression of the place, which was clean.
The massages were absolutely awful. Right from the beginning, the therapists were very brutal. It was painful, and when we asked them to be more gentle; they continued at the same intensity and told us to "breathe through it". Since the massage I have had some back pain. I'm really disappointed because this was a gift I made to my bf.

I definitely want to book again with therapist 3. Sadly I didn’t catch her name!
Overall it was exactly what I needed. I don’t think I’d book around closing time as it washed slightly rushed and my therapist apologised for cutting short and went to grab water but didn’t return. Forgiving of that after a very busy I enjoyed every minute of her massage.
I filled in a sheet with areas I prefer not to be touched, those areas were touched but I was comfortable.
