The therapist was 30 mins late and, although the receptionist was very apologetic, my massage then ran over by 30 mins meaning another client was sat waiting. The room was cold and the ambience was ruined due to the room being directly next to reception. All I could hear throughout the massage was the receptionist talking and phones ringing. Far from relaxing.

I had my first deep tissue massage this week, and it was fantastic. The therapist was lovely, really friendly, and thorough. Her massage made a massive difference to the pain in my shoulder and back. I'll be re booking next week!

I was running late due to traffic I rang on my way when I arrived the lady told me I could fill the essential on the form and do the rest after my massage so I wouldn’t loose more time on my hour. The place was warm which is nice when you are kinda half naked and it helps relax, the light wasn’t too strong and the M was amazing asked questions made sure all the way that I was comfortable with the pressure! Been to many place where I was disappointed... not here!
I recommend big time!
