It was a lovely venue, the ambience was soothing. The appointment was late as other appointments had overrun. The massage itself was good, however I would have liked to have had more attention to areas that were painful. The massage was painful in areas that were sore already, but that's the nature of a knot in the back!

The venue was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly especially the lady on the reception. The treatment room was warm and cosy. Looking forward to going back to try the aromatherapy massage! Thank you.
