‘Not As Good As Usual’
We turned up promptly for our couple’s massage (1850 for a 1900 appointment). We were led into our room before 1900 and waited for both our therapists to arrive. And waited...and waited.
It was 1915 before they both arrived. Our treatment still finished at the 2000 stop time and we both felt cheated. The actually massage was fine but this is an incredibly unprofessional outfit and there was nobody to complain to on our departure.
To make matters worse, I emailed Treatwell who have not owed me the courtesy of a response.

we really enjoyed our massage the therapists were truly professional working in a quiet atmosphere and releasing all of our knots and tension. The salon is very clean and the consolation is professional, just what you would expect from a massage centre. We had the couple's massage and we would return again solo or for another couples massage. I would recommend
