Massage was amazing but the waiting room part isn’t the best. It’s deadly silent and the receptionist didn’t really communicate anything with us despite our treatment being 15 mins late. When we were finally called everyone was great and polite and apologetic but just felt like we were left sat there wondering what to do or what happens next.
Will definitely be back though!

The therapist was 30 mins late and, although the receptionist was very apologetic, my massage then ran over by 30 mins meaning another client was sat waiting. The room was cold and the ambience was ruined due to the room being directly next to reception. All I could hear throughout the massage was the receptionist talking and phones ringing. Far from relaxing.
