So this is my 3rd or 4th visit to the centre for a fortnightly gym maintenance massage. My experience has been extremely positive to date, and I shall continue to visit whilst the high standards are maintained here. Overall the recent massage was one of the best. Oh, and don't be fooled, this therapist's size belies her strength! I went for a 7-8 pressure which was perfect.
