I arrived 20 min late so instead of having 50min massage I had 20 min, and I went for swidish massage and the lady found some notes in my back after it I had stiff shoulders for the next 2 days. What I learned from this experience is that I should be there on time and always ask the therapist to help you pick the best massage option for you instead of picking it yourself.
