It was agony. I repeatedly told her that the pressure was too much but she wouldn’t change it, saying she needed to do it that hard to relieve the tension. Worst massage I’ve ever had, I almost had to walk out.

I would advise for anyone who’s first time coming here to arrive 10 minute earlier as you’ve to fill in a form and there was 6 people waiting for a massage also, but that’s not necessarily a negative as it’s evident that it’s a popular venue for a massage. Everyone was lovely from the receptionist to the staff and my masseuse was really consultative, friendly and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. My masseuse was also so consistent and spoke me through the entire experience so there wasn’t any unexpected surprises. When I do come back it’s because of my masseuse and the pleasant experience and service that she delivered.
