The staff were lovely however I wouldnt recommend the venue as it didn't have the feel of a spa and the experience wasn't what I was expecting.

Everytime i go away for the weekend i like to book into a nice spa with a warm ambience. I felt the treatment room to be cold and having no warmth. No candles or warmth watsoever and with the blinds open during a treatment it takes away from the relaxing feel. If the atmosphere isnt warm and welcoming then before the treatment even begins the overall satisfaction has been dampened. I wouldnt recommend the hallmark manchester airport spa mainly only the reasons above.

Massage was only 20 minutes long. Had booked and paid for a 45 minute massage. The massage itself was poor. Really not worth it. Don't waste your money.
I stayed at the hallmark hotel last weekend for my sisters hen party and can honestly say we all had the best experience.
Chantella was such a friendly delight; she arranged an afternoon tea , spa access and a 25 minute treatment package for us all. She was very friendly and gave us all a glass of processco for the occasion.
The therapists Dionne, Nic, Beth and Faye were fantastic ! Thanks Faye for the Back Neck and Shoulder Massage !!! All ladies complemented on each therapist.
Even though there was plenty of us, Chantella and Dom were happy to accommodate us and did a marvelous job!!!
Will defiantly be back again !!!! :)
