Myself and 21 of my friends came for a weekend break for my 50th birthday and it was fantastic. Janette one of the beauticians was particularly helpful as she offered to come in and work the Sunday for us even though it was her day off. She volunteered as we needed to get so many of us treatments yet still leave at a reasonable time. I cannot thank her personally enough she made sure everything ran like clockwork. I had a back neck and shoulder massage from another beautician and it was truly amazing best i have ever had. I suffer with neck and shoulder problems and by the time the beautician had worked her magic i felt great. Muscles worked on stresses dissolved!! Amazing. Relaxation area was lovely and beauty room. Poolside was chilled not too busy. Jacuzzi finished our girlie weekend off a treat before travelling home. Thank you so much to every member of staff who looked after The Bailey party we loved it and cant thsnk you all enough. Sorry i cannot remember my beauticians name but you know who you are. Janette you are amazing and enjoy your prosecco. Hope to come back again xxx karen ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The facial was billed as a 45minute facial, but it lasted only 20minutes, which was very disappointing. It was also in a hotel room, as opposed to the spa which felt quite strange.

Terrible service and very tired premises. The door in the treatment room was swollen and couldn’t open properly. The massage room was freezing. The room I had my pedicure had dirty towels piled up in the couch. It was disgusting. My partner went in for a scalp massage and when he came out they had done a neck shoulder and back massage. He had to go back in. I was embarrassed it was so bad. .
