Appointment was running late however there was no acknowledgement or apology for this, I wasn’t offered a drink or anything whilst I was waiting which was a little disappointing.
That said, my hairdresser was lovely, made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted

It took a while for me to book an appointment as I have anxiety about going to a new salon and making awkward small talk with the stylist. I was so happy with how my appointment went, I will definitely return in future. Amera was friendly and pleasant but not over the top chatty like a lot of stylists I have had in the past. I didn't feel forced to make conversation which really put me at ease.
My cut was exactly what I had asked for and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
