Maybe the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. The woman had no idea how to properly wax so was extremely painful. She also used the same stick for the wax multiple times which is very unhygienic. I’ve never had an issue with the other person that works here but after this experience I don’t think I’d go back.

Staff were really nice so I feel bad saying this but my lash lift was over curled and it’s the worst one I’ve had for 4 years. I was there for nearly double the amount of time I usually am at a lash lift and my lashes are completely over curled and scratching my eyelids every day. They also look short because they’re so curled back. My bottom lashes are all skewed too and not sure how that happened but unfortunately I wouldn’t go again. Had eyebrow threading here before which was ok.
