Uneven wax - boiling hot room, staff asking me why I’m getting a bikini wax ‘is it because of my boyfriend’? Very rushed

Came home about 3 hours after a leg wax to discover loads of hair that had not been removed. Not impressed and will complain.
Considering the location (Westfield) I assumed a better treatment room. It is more like a storage cupboard with no ambience whatsoever. Would dread what a bikini wax would be like, anyone can see you once the door opens!
Very poor wax service .
