The salon was clean, ambient and relaxing! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Heena did my waxing and was quick, thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout! I will definitely book in again with her and this salon!

Facial was not tailored to my skin, and products were not all from REN as advertised. The lady doing the facial kept rubbing all over my face including eyes and it would sting. Overall ambiance was very strange and not welcoming.
