Great service - very quick and thorough wax. Small cupboard room at the back but didn't matter. Staff very friendly and efficient.

It’s run down shabby salon, can’t believe they are inside Westfield. As someone else mentioned you would expect a salon inside Westfield to have some standards but this definitely does not! Poor service and poor hygiene and overall poor experience. Would never go again! Left me all sticky with the wax and did not bother to Clean up properly ! Horrible experience!

i went to get eyelash extensions and was extremly disappointed. i honestly would not have sat through my appointment had it not been for treatwells t's & c's about last minute cancelling. firstly, the place is run down and messy. old tattered uncomfortable furniture and little evidence of regular cleaning ehich im actually shocked at considering its in westfield which i hold to high standard. they didnt seem to be organised when i arrived and checked in to my appointment. i found that the woman who did my lashes was nice but i had some trouble understanding what was happening and what she needed from me as there was no consultation or discussion just a checklist thrown to me to sign. i found this slightly unsettling. then i noticed when she decided to start she did not take any time to wash her hands or sanitise her equipment or station. i had to askiif she washed her hands and i still did not trust that she had done it properly. the actual treatment was very quick, she attentive and would ask if i was ok, however, i found since its an open working environment she would get involved in conversation with her colleagues regularly and i did not have confidence that she was taking as much care as she should. i felt the glue they use is very strong, ive had lashes done before somewhere else and did not find the same issue. it smelt very strong like acetone, and was pretty fluid as it felt that it would easily flow into my eyes and stung pretty bad. There is a certain amount of trust when you go to get a treatment and that was the only reason why i continued with the entire process. she would reassue me that its normal to sting initally when its drying and i did find i could bare to open my eyes agin once it was seemingly dry, however my eyes were so bloodshot! i could see the concern on her face like it definitely wasnt normal. it remained that way for about 10/15 mins. now im back at home inspecting it more closely i can see its not a gret job. half the lashes in one eye have fallen out already. a complete waste of money!!!!! dont make my mistake!
