Ok for waxing but the manicure was not good. It took over an hour and I paid for French manicure which they weren’t able to do as the technician couldn’t do it properly. I had to get a normal manicure which wasn’t good either
Absolutely awful. Had lash extensions (which I've been having elsewhere for years so I know what to expect) - the glue stung my eyes, the lashes were brittle and a 3/4 set had almost all fallen out within 5 days. I called the salon multiple, multiple times and was told each time that no manager was there to discuss, which I'm guessing was a lie. I emailed their customer care and it bounced. Treatwell even tried and failed to get hold of them. TOTAL waste of £70+
