I didn’t receive a treatment room, that was the negative part of the experience, though the actual treatment was nice. I did not like being treated in open in the main room where face threading and the rest of the mall can view clients. It made me feel uncomfortable.

It is based in a shopping mall so everything feels a bit rushed. The treatment itself was great, very skillful. The atmosphere around just didn’t make me relax completely
