This was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. It was in a dingy cupboard at the back of the salon. It felt dirty and unhygienic. I had a Hollywood wax. The beauty therapist proceeded to cover the entire area in wax rather than strips!! It was unbelievably painful. She didn’t keep the skin tort so kept tugging and the wax wasn’t always fully dried before she tried to rip it off. I’ve never been so traumatised in my life! DO NOT GO!!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by its location in Westfield.

Not a great experience, but it was quick and cheap for a leg wax on a last minute booking. Treatment room was tiny and dirty.
