My nails are not bad but a little trouble communicating with the therapists and very crowded in the salon. Gel nails overall affect look like normal polish rather than shiny gel but aren’t bad at all.

Asha did my wax and she was really good. Skilled and friendly. I’m going back for sure. Of course the ambience is very neutral.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating at Malika-I was running late because of an Overground delay but they fit me in anyway and were very kind about it.

This place looks nice from the outside but it was dirty and small. The treatment room was meant for waxing I think, it wasnt a nice and relaxing place for a facial. The other option was to have the facial in the front bit in a chair, which didnt seem that relaxing either. I booked a specific treatment for my oily skin but the lady spent about 3 min cleaning my pores with a tool. I asked her to take another look and she did for another minute. She didn’t have a magnifier or good light so would have been hard. The therapist was a sweet lady and she did her best to make the facial a nice experience with what she had to offer but I just had different expectations from a salon in westfield for a £60 facial. Because of my problematic skin I have had sooo many facials but this was probably the worst one.
