Unprofessional. first time doing my lashes and got allergy reaction, my eyes were swollen. Went back to remove the lashes bc my eyes were really swollen then they tell me I should do patch test ‘after they saw my condition’. Kept telling me that I had sign my consent form and I didn’t take the test (which they didn’t even tell advice for a first timer before treatment)

I had a gel nails manicure - the worst I’ve ever had! (And I do my nails quite often!!) The lady who did it was extremely rude and in such a bad mood! She was not at all delicate and hurt my fingers!!I had to tell her to cut my cuticles as she ignored them!! The saloon was really dark and I suggested she switched on the light, at least! How can you do my nails well in the dark - I was thinking! The OPI nail polish was very old and sticky and she was putting it without care (applying too much pressure) the result was awful, the color is now brighter in some points and darker in others. Shame I cannot include a photo!! She was very annoyed at me as I accidentally touched the lamp internally. It turned out it was not even my fault! It was just a very old lamp with a piece of plastic which was sticking out. I couldn’t believe what a bad experience I was having! I just wanted to run away as fast as I could and I even forgot my rings. Having a manicure is also a way to relax and unfortunately they just ruin my day!! How can you work in customer service and be rude? I won’t come back there and I don’t recommend it. I wasted £30, please don’t waste yours too!
