I was really disappointed with the whole experience.. the technician was rude and didn’t seem to care about doing a good job! My nails have been damaged by the rough pressure used removing the old polish I had on.. and the repaint was very patchy! None of the utensils used were clean or in good condition and in my opinion that is something that should take priority.. especially as disease etc could be passed on!! Not great!

awful place to go for nails - not a real nail shop just a side business. squashed in the corner, unhygenic, nails weren't filed straight - lady was confused when i asked her to file them straight, appointment overran and they had to get one lady to file my nails and another to paint the nails, rude and unprofessional service and to top it all off even with shellac half of my nails are split and broken days after the appointment. never again.

Everything was great except when the therapist cut my cuticles she cut them too much around the sides, leaving them bleeding and on one finger a hang nail that became infected and was painful for around 2 weeks.
