Sam was lovely, nice and chatty and made me feel super at ease! I hadn't had a wax in a while, so I was quite nervous, but she made it very quick, and it was pretty much pain-free. Highly recommend

One person was covering the whole salon and seemed to rush a bit. Although very friendly, the hair got cut much more than originally agreed, double the length at least. Haircut itself wasn't bad, but I'm a bit disappointed. Not sure I will be back.

It was so big and curly and looked really weird the next day and didn’t drop nicely as described. Stylist was a very nice person but didn’t exactly ask for my opinion.
