This salon is usually very reliable but I had a bad experience this time. To be fair to them, I complained about the quality of the service and they were happy to either refund me or give me my next service for free so I will go there again. I think this was a one-off so overall I rate them still.

5* for a great haircut, thank you. 3* for eyebrows waxed and tinted - they were made too dark when I clearly asked for them not to be, and too much hair removed when I didn’t ask for that. Please listen to your client’s requests.
